1.1. Investizo offers a free Virtual Private Server (VPS) service to clients based on the equity levels in their trading accounts and trading activity, with specific conditions outlined below:

1.2. All clients with an initial deposit:

• exceeding $100 are entitled to a free Basic VPS service for the first month, regardless of trading volume.
• exceeding $500 are entitled to a free Advanced VPS service for the first month, regardless of trading volume.
• exceeding $1, 000 are entitled to a free Pro VPS service for the first month, regardless of trading volume.

1.3. To qualify for continued free VPS service after the first month, clients must meet the following criteria:

• Basic VPS: Client’s equity must exceed $100, and at least 1 standard lot of trading activity must be completed.
• Advanced VPS: Client’s equity must exceed $500, and at least 3 standard lots of trading activity must be completed.
• Pro VPS: Client’s equity must exceed $1,000, and at least 7 standard lots of trading activity must be completed.

1.4. The Company has the right to charge the Client a fee for the first month of provided VPS service in case the Client has made a deposit without the intention of trading for the purpose of free use of the VPS service and subsequent withdrawal of funds after the grace period. In this case, the Company reserves the right to demand the fulfillment of the trading turnover specified in paragraph 1.3, or to collect a fee for using the service.

2.1. If the client’s trading volume over the last 30 days does not meet the required amount, the following fees will apply for continued VPS use:

• Basic VPS: $2,5 per month
• Advanced VPS: $7 per month
• Pro VPS: $18 per month

2.2. To continue using the VPS service, clients must select the "Renew Automatically" option. The appropriate monthly fee will be automatically deducted from the client’s trading account on the last day of the current active period.

2.3. If there are insufficient funds in the trading account on the last day of the current active period, the VPS service will be disabled starting from 00:00 the following day.

3.1. Clients who wish to stop the automatic renewal of their VPS service or discontinue the service altogether should disable the "Auto-Renewal" option in their account settings.

4.1. Advanced VPS and Pro VPS will be available to the client with full Administrator access. The client is solely responsible for the use and outcomes of the VPS.

4.2. The transaction volume is calculated from the date the service is activated.

5.1. The VPS is intended for trading activities only. Investizo is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the VPS for purposes other than trading.

5.2. Investizo reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free VPS service at its sole discretion.

5.3. The use of the VPS for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. In the event that Investizo receives a complaint from a service provider or detects any illegal activity, the VPS service will be immediately suspended without notice, and any fees paid for the service will not be refunded.

6.1. For any questions or support regarding the VPS service, clients should contact Investizo’s customer support team.

7.1. By utilizing the free VPS service, clients agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that Investizo may update these terms from time to time.

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Investizo.
